We’ve had our eye on this tube wringer for ages but in the end couldn’t overlook its larger size, especially for casual use on our toothpaste tube. The Alessi Buckle is the polar opposite and barely adds any bulk — though admittedly it’s probably not as satisfying to operate. The Buckle is made of chrome-plated Zamak (an alloy  made of Zinc, Aluminum, MAgnesium, and Kcopper) and can be pushed along a tube as it’s slowly emptied over time, making it easier to recuperate every last ounce of its contents. Yeah, it’s way too nice looking for most tubes to an almost comical degree, but what can you do?
